1-Can computer training be scheduled just for my company?
Yes!  All of our classes are tailored to meet your needs.

2-Can training classes be customized?
Yes, we can teach selected topics from our various courses or add topics that are of special interest to you. We can also add exercises that are pertinent to your job/work environment to make the training even more valuable.  Please contact us to discuss details and rates.

3-What time do computer classes run?
Most of our computer training is offered from 7:30am - 11:30am or 1:00pm - 5:00pm.  We also offer one-to-one computer training, which can be customized to your schedule.

4-Will I receive any materials during class?
You'll receive an outline of the class and a tips to remember sheet.

5-What methods of payment do you accept? We accept payment by check, cash and credit cards via Paypal.

6-My office is a mess! I can’t find anything and I think I’m losing sales because of it! How can Task Mania help?
We offer two solutions. 1-We will come and physically organize your office, then put systems in place for you to keep it organized. 2-We can come to your office on a regular basis and do the tasks that keep you tied to your desk.

7-We want to go paperless, but it seems so overwhelming! Do you scan confidential files or records?
We can scan all your documents and organize them electronically, so you can find what you need with a click of a button.

8-How does Task Mania handle the treadmill effect?
We can handle your mundane admin tasks so you can get out of the office (off the treadmill) and do what you do best-sell.

9-How does the accountability service work?
The accountability services works by helping you complete your to do list in a manageable way. Most of the time, we are overwhelmed with the tasks we need to do, but the fact is...we won't do any of them. Task Mania helps you tackle your list at your speed and at your comfort level.
